Conditions of Installation for Intelligent Parts

1. Definition of an Intelligent Part

   An intelligent part is defined as a spare part containing electronic components that require programming, pairing, or activation with a specific vehicle according to its VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

2. Professional Installations

   The installation of an intelligent part must be carried out exclusively by an authorized service center of the respective vehicle brand, equipped with the necessary diagnostic tools and authorization to perform programming of electronic components.
   The device may include component protection, and adaptation within the vehicle via online diagnostics at an authorized service center is required.

3. Installation Protocol

   After installation, the service center must issue an installation protocol containing the following details:
   Vehicle identification (VIN),
   Date of installation,
   Name and part number of the installed component,
   Identification of the authorized service center (name, address, company ID),
   Signature and stamp of the responsible technician.

4. Warranty Conditions

   The warranty for intelligent parts applies only if the installation has been performed in accordance with these conditions and is supported by a valid installation protocol.
   If installation is carried out outside an authorized service center, the warranty becomes void, including any extended warranty.
   Claims without a valid installation protocol will not be accepted.

5. Return Policy

   As stated in the order confirmation and the general terms and conditions, intelligent and electronic parts cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are ordered specifically for a given vehicle based on its VIN.

6. Customer Responsibility

   The customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions in the final step of the checkout process and by submitting the order. The customer undertakes to ensure that installation is performed exclusively by an authorized service center and to retain the installation protocol for any potential warranty claim.
